Ingredients
• 2 pounds lean ground beef
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1 stalk celery, diced
• 1 14-ounce can whole tomatoes
• 1 15-ounce can kidney beans
• 2-3 tablespoons chili pepper
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 10 ounces tomato juice
• 2 ounces Jim Beam® Bourbon
• 2 5-ounce cans tomato puree
Cooking Instructions
In a large pan, brown beef. Pour off fat. Add garlic, onions, pepper and celery. Sauté lightly. Add remaining ingredients and simmer gently about one hour. Serves 8.
