The Fig Thing

Hey you little “Fig Thing,” get over here and give me some Winter “sugar.” Oh yeah, give me some Jim Beam Black and Harvey’s to kick my figs in a cool new direction in this Christmas cocktail recipe.
The Fig Thing
1 ½ parts Jim Beam Black
½ part Harvey’s Bristol Cream
1 part Fresh Organic Lemon Juice
1 part Fresh Pressed Organic Apple Juice
1 Marinated Organic Fig
½ part egg white

In a mixing glass muddle the fig, add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with fresh ground nutmeg on top.
