Black and Gold Punch
A Superbowl version of the classic Jamaican drink, the Stout punch. Black and Gold being the Steelers colors represented by Stout for Black and Herradura Reposado Tequila for gold.
Ingredients: (makes 1 drink)
Herradura Reposado Tequila 1 oz
Stout 10 oz
Condensed milk (sweetened) ½ cup
Nutmeg 1/16 TSP
Cinnamon 1/16 TSP
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine with a whisk. Strain into a chilled beer mug and serve.
Green Bay Margarita
A margarita celebrates Green Bay, with the team’s colors – green and gold seen in the pineapple and fresh mint.
Ingredients (makes 1 drink):
Herradura Reposado 1 1/2 oz
Fresh pressed lime juice 3/4 oz
Mint 10-12 leaves
Simple syrup 1/2 oz
Pineapple 4 x 1 inch cubes
Instructions:
Place pineapple and mint into a Boston shaker and crush with a muddler. Add ice to the shaker. Add all the liquid ingredients. Shake hard, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
