Hailing from the Canadian town of the same name, Revel Stoke is an interesting Canadian Whiske. Bereft with the spices commonly found in Rum, it is an interesting play on both spirit classes. At 90 proof, it contains the fire and sweetness of Sailor Jerry. Quite interesting indeed!
We can see Revel Stoke easily finding its way into flamed culinary applications like Bananas Foster, bringing warmth to the classic egg nog, or even sneaking its way into the tiki culture. Needless to say, it fits quite well in the ubiquitous whiskey and coke (try expressing orange or adding a dash of bitters.)
