BourbonBlog.com‘s new version of the Negroni is served warm as an aperitif to warm the stomach and soul of the guest when coming in from the winter cold.
The warmth also opens up the nuances of the Negroni.
Warm Negroni

1 oz. Aperol
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth (Camparo Antica)
1 oz. Room temperature water
Microwave all in microwave safe glass for 20 seconds. Then serve Glencairn glass or appropriate vessel.
