Jim Beams tells BourbonBlog.com that celebrity host Adam Richman will continue to spread unexpected flavors as the Red Stag Food Truck will visit New Orleans July 12-14th, 2012.
Adam will serve up surprising dishes featuring three Red Stag flavors created by Adam Richman of Man v. Food including recipes using Honey Tea, Spiced and Black Cherry from 8 to 11 pm, Friday, July 13 at the Boot, 1039 Broadway Ave., and then from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday July 14 at d.b.a., 618 Frenchmen St.
The five featured dishes will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis to patrons ages 21 and up. Try the dishes at home yourself by Red Stag Recipes linked here.

HONEY TEA SLIDERS
With an unexpected twist on a Louisville classic, this slider features white-meat turkey infused and basted with Red Stag Honey Tea butter and candied bacon soaked for a day in Red Stag Honey Tea. Topped with a decadent Mornay sauce and served between two slices of Texas toast, this sandwich makes for a hearty and delicious mouthful.

Featuring slow-cooked duck with a Red Stag Black Cherry Chinese five-spice glaze, this Asian pancake is complemented by the fresh taste of scallions and cucumbers and pulled together with a sweet hoisin sauce.
