Four Roses Bourbon tells BourbonBlog.com that they are teaming up with Louisville’s Blind Pig for a bourbon dinner on Wednesday, August 15 at 6:30 p.m.
The bourbon dinner will feature a four-course menu including pork dishes with bourbon- infused ingredients.
Each course will be paired with a Four Roses Bourbon expression – Single Barrel, Small Batch, Yellow Label as well as the upcoming 2012 Limited Edition Four Roses Small Batch release.
Here’s the menu…
1st – Crispy pork belly with grapefruit bourbon sauce
2nd – Local greens, fresh peaches, bourbon-lemon-honey vinaigrette
3rd -Pork tenderloin in bourbon-ginger sauce, mushy peas, candied carrots
4th – Bourbon-brown sugar cheesecake
Four Roses Master Distiller Jim Rutledge will lead a brief discussion on the history of Four Roses and will also be available for bottle or memorabilia signings.
