Four Roses Bourbon tells BourbonBlog.com they will host a dinner with St. Charles Exchange on Wednesday, August 22nd at 7:00pm.
Al Young, Brand Ambassador for Four Roses, will conduct bourbon tastings during the four-course meal.
The cost is $75 per person, and reservations can be made by calling Jackie Helton at (502) 618-1917.
The menu will feature the following below…each paired with a different Four Roses Bourbon or cocktail.
Confit Pork Belly, bourbon spiced apples, Weisenberger goat cheese grits, bbq jus
Four roses yellow label, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, Campari, orange & celery bitters
Second Course
Seared Yellowfin Tuna, spicy mustard, sesamefarro ‘risotto’, baby carrots, miso reduction
Four Roses Small Batch, Aperol, Cocchi Torino, Angostura bitters
Third Course
Bourbon Barrel Smoked Petite Filet, foiegras butter, parsnip puree, spinach, espresso veal demi

Orange Fennel Cake, raspberry mint ice cream, vanillatuille, cantaloupe coulis
