BourbonBlog.com‘s Tom Fischer in Manhattan for the Rare Whisky and Auction to Benefit Hurricane Sandy Victims in New York in the video segment above.
The auction and event raised $21,640 to benefit Sandy victims and was donated to Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation!
Several Bourbons were being auctioned and poured including Four Roses, Breckenridge, Corsair Artisan and Old Scout.
Tom interviews event organizer Robin Robinson of Compass Box, Laphroaig Ambassador Simon Brooking, Adam Levy, Founder of New York International Spirits Competition and John Glynn Director of Marketing for Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
A full house of Bourbon and whisky enthusiasts attended to support the event and we tasted rare whiskeys from Four Roses Bourbon, Breckenridge Bourbon, Corsair Artisan, Brenne, The Balvenie, The Macallan, Highland Park, Single Cask Nation, and Smooth Ambler Spirits just to name a few.
We encourage YOU to donate and help victims of Hurricane Sandy as they still need your help.
Please visit www.TunneltoTowers.org to donate and learn more!
Here are a list of the whiskeys and auction items that were donated to raise the money!

Congratulations on the coverage of the Whiskey tasting and auction in NYC. It’s great to be able to follow the action and increase ones knowledge about the greater world of fine Whiskey.
Currently enjoying sipping Jefferson Presidential Select 18 year old, which is tasty.
