2 oz. Sombra Mezcal
Juice of one fat lime
1 Tspoon agave nectar
Shake and serve on rocks
Jefferson’s Rye Perfect Manhattan
Created by Trey Zoeller, for a multitude of reasons: 1. All these apocalypse/ end of the world films always seem to center themselves in New York, so a Manhattan truly seems appropriate 2. Because a timeless classic is perfectly ironic for the end of time and 3. It’s just delicious
Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. Jefferson’s 10-year old Rye
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
1/2 oz. dry vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Method:
Shake Jefferson’s Rye, both sweet and dry vermouths and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain in a chilled martini glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry
