Walter’s Bad Ass Alexander

1.5 oz Famous Grouse Scotch
2 oz Coffee Ice Cream
Ground Black Pepper, to garnish
Instructions:
Combine scotch and ice cream in blender. Blend until incorporated. Pour into
snifter. Garnish with Black Pepper.
MoonRhuby Kingdom
2 parts Rhuby liqueur
2 parts smooth light Tequila
1 part fresh lemon juice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice or a chilled coupe (optional salt-rim). Garnish with basil.
CAMUS Unchained
1 oz CAMUS VS Elegance Cognac
0.25 oz raspberry liqueur
0.25 oz Champagne Laurent-Perrier Brut L-P
Combine CAMUS VS Elegance Cognac and raspberry liqueur in a Champagne flûte. Top with Champagne and garnish with raspberry.
Life of Port
Taylor Fladgate 10-Year Old Tawny Port (well-chilled)
Splash of 10-Year Old Scotch Whisky
Using a shaker, mix Taylor Fladgate 10-Year Old Tawny Port and the 10-Year Old Scotch whisky. Serve in a well-chilled vermouth cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Zero Dark Chocolate
<
p style=”text-align: left;”>1/2 oz. LUCID Absinthe
2 1/2 oz. Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Crushed chocolate cookie on rim
Garnish: Chinese Star Anise floating
Instructions:
In an iced filled shaker, add Vodka, LUCID® and simple syrup. Shake thoroughly and strain into martini glass.
Add the Chinese Star Anise.
Les Mis Fizz

1 part Red Stag by Jim Beam® Honey Tea
1 part Fresh Lemon Sour
1 Fresh Apricot
2 parts Prosecco
Instructions:
In a mixing glass muddle the Apricot with a splash of simple syrup. Add all remaining ingredients and gently roll back and forth into a mixing tin with ice, double strain into a chilled champagne flute.
Garnish with a lemon spiral twist.
Red Steals the Show

3 parts Jim Beam® Devil’s Cut™
1 part DeKuyper™ Pomegranate
1 part Martini & Rossi Rosso™
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 dashes Fee Brother’s Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Instructions:
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a flamed lemon peel and a cherry.
Lincoln and Lime

1 part Jim Beam Devil’s Cut
2 parts Ginger Beer
Juice of ½ lime & shell
Instructions:
Fill a double old fashioned glass ¾ with ice, squeezed the lime half and drop in the shell then add remaining ingredients.
Boardwalk Sour

2 parts Jim Beam Black Bourbon
1 part amaretto liqueur
1 part triple sec
2 parts sour mix
2 parts lemon-lime soda
Instructions:
Serve shaken in a tall glass with cracked ice. Garnish with a squeeze of lemon.
