These cocktails are a wonderful way to greet your guests.

The macerated fruit can be assembled the night before and the drinks assembled for presentation beforehand.

The sight of red, white and ‘blue’ champagne flutes are a terrific way to greet guests into your home. You may simply choose to offer one.

Either way, you can’t go wrong with a Champagne Cocktail before a meal.

The day before, place 1 pint of raspberries into 2 cups Pimm’s No #1. The day of, strain the liqueur into a measuring cup for easy pouring.

Red Cocktail1 oz . Pimm’s No #1
Sparkling Wine, to Fill
2 -3 Raspberries, to Garnish



White CocktailA day before you’re ready to make, place to 12 oz cans into 2 cups Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur. The day of, strain liqueur into measuring cup for easy pouring.

1 oz. Domaine de Canton
2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Sparkling Wine, to Fill
1 -2 Lychees, to Fill








One day prior to serving this cocktail, place 1 pint fresh blueberries into 2 cups crème de Violette. The day of, strain liqueur into measuring cup for easy pouring.

Blue Cocktail1 oz Rothman and Winter crème de Violette (Blue Curacao, if you must)
2 Dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters
Sparkling Wine, to Fill
2-3 Blueberries, to Garnish
