2nd Course: Westchester Wheat Whiskey

paired with Bourbon vanilla bean vinaigrette salad with candied walnuts and fresh berry.

3rd course- Old Medley 12 yr. Bourbon

paired with Fresh Grouper over a wild mushroom and bourbon risotto.

4th Course- Angel’s Envy Bourbon

paired with Bourbon and honey marinated Pork chop over grilled asparagus.

5th Course: Booker’s Bourbon

paired with White chocolate and bourbon Crème brulee
