The only BBQ Festival where you can sample the Q from the top pitmasters in the country. Typically, these pitmasters are competing for judges or on TV shows competing or for awards.

In 2011 festivals founders Brad andy Cindy Simmons ensured the general public could taste heaven. The Kentucky State BBQ Festival has always helped benefit Heart of Kentucky United Way.

Kentucky State BBQ Festival This weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday September 11-13, 2015 Danville will be alive with the sites, sounds and smells of the 5th Ever Kentucky State BBQ Festival. Mystical blue smoke will fill the air and Pulled Pork Shoulder, Texas Beef Brisket, Ribs and more will fill your soul.
