Pulmonary Hypertension
In March of 2014, Chloe Temtchine learned she had pulmonary hypertenision (PH) after being rushed to the hospital. She had been misdiagnosed for five years. Hiigh blood pressure in the lungs is called pulmonary hypertension (PH) or pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). PAH is a chronic and life-changing disease that can lead to right heart failure if left untreated.
All Proceeds from the party will benefit PHA.
About the Tasting and Party
VIP Bourbon and Whiskey tastings hosted by Tom Fischer will include Michter’s American Whiskey and Bourbon. Tom has also invited his friends from Glenfiddich Scotch Whiskey to pour their collections, including the new Glenfiddich 14 Bourbon Barrel Reserve.
Because the event falls on Halloween eve and is zombie-themed, tastemakers will be afforded the privilege to indulge in uniquely creative food as three time James Beard Nominee, and Food and Wine’s Best New Chef, Celebrity Chef Ricardo Zarate interprets what a Zombie Apocalypse means to him.
Renowned spin doctor, DJ London Thomas, will be mixing and Chloe will also perform.
Mixologists strategically stationed will create visually tasty concoctions, which will be served by the stunning staff as each exclusive guest arrives.
Dawn Wells / Mary Ann from Gilligan’s Island Special Guest
Meet Dawn Wells, the actress best known for her role as Mary Ann from Gilligan’s Island, who will join Tom for a portion of the evening at the party.
