The Keystone Neighbourhood Company tells BourbonBlog.com that Keystone’s 7th Annual Bacon and Bourbon Festival returns to River Run Village June 24 and 25, 2017. Tickets are available at this link ranging from $25 to $50. Full details of tickets and schedule below.
With 3,000 lbs. of sizzling meat and a variety of brands participating with their whiskey on the “Jim Beam Bourbon Tour,” guests can partake in a variety of flavor and education.
The Jim Beam Bourbon Tour samplings that include Jim Beam, Basil Hayden’s, Knob Creek, Maker’s Mark, Rebel Yell, Ezra Brooks, Bird Dog Whiskey, High West Distillery and Breckenridge Distillery. Other adult refreshments include Bacon Bloody Mary’s, cucumber vodka lemonade or a refreshing New Belgium brew.
Organizers tell us that the Bacon Education Center at Quaking Aspen Amphitheater is the only educational experience of its kind, providing instruction in bacon fellowship, bacon preparation, bacon processing, bacon and whiskey infusion and whiskey mixology.
