“We continue to push the boundaries of what Tennessee High Malt can be, and this might be one of our most complex expressions yet, both in product and package,” Tim Piersant, CEO and Founder tells “This release is an original work of art that I don’t believe you can compare with any other bottle of bourbon in the market.”

This Bottled in Bond release is the single-season, vintage-dated expression of Chattanooga Whiskey’s Tennessee High Malt style. The 2017 Spring Vintage is crafted from a selection of four unique high malt bourbon
mash bills – all made within the same distilling season – and each composed of at least 25% specialty malted grains.

“Since the inception of our Experimental Distillery in 2015, our team of distillers have created hundreds of unique bourbon mash bills. A selection of our favorite recipes were scaled to our Riverfront Distillery,” said Grant McCracken, Head Distiller, “These recipes make up our 2017 Bottled in Bond Vintage Series. Each recipe has its own signature qualities that make it unique and special – and blended together, they are greater than the sum of their parts.”
