What started out as an idea sketched on paper napkins at a local pub by co-founders Jason Brauner and John Morrison has grown to become Bourbons Bistro, an institution at the forefront of Louisville’s Bourbonism
culture
Twenty years in, Bourbons Bistro is still going strong and planning a party to celebrate two decades of providing patrons with outstanding food, top-notch customer service, and thousands of perfect pours.
At BourbonBlog.com, we remember the early days of Bourbons Bistro and have been fortunate to be part of its journey. Through following its growth, building friendships, and even collaborating on events with Jason and the team, it has been a true pleasure to celebrate alongside Bourbons Bistro. This is one of our favorite establishments in the world.
