Graeter’s Ice Cream and New Riff Distilling tells BourbonBlog.com that they have teamed up for their first-ever collaboration: Graeter’s Bourbon Ball Ice Cream.
Inspired by the classic Kentucky bourbon ball, this limited-edition flavor fuses Graeter’s small-batch French Pot technique with bourbon from a specially selected single barrel of New Riff whiskey.
What’s Inside the Pint?
This indulgent flavor features bourbon-infused ice cream, whiskey-glazed pecans, and dark chocolate chips.
They say it is a bold, creamy tribute to Kentucky craftsmanship—both in spirits and sweets. Bourbon Ball replaces the Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan flavor and pushes it into the next generation with a richer, more spirited recipe.
