Kentucky Bourbon Festival 2025

The Kentucky Bourbon Festival (KBF) tells BourbonBlog.com that the tickets for its 34th annual celebration will go on sale April 17, 2025, with exclusive early access for “Bourbon Insiders” beginning April 16. This year’s festival will take place September 5–7, 2025, in Bardstown, Kentucky — the Bourbon Capital of the World — as part of National Bourbon Heritage Month.

The 2025 KBF will feature six ticket tiers, ranging from the Sunday Sampler and general admission Bourbon Taster weekend passes to premium and highly limited VIP packages. New this year is the Oris President’s Club, an elite package offering a luxury three-night stay at The Trail Hotel, a private penthouse overlooking the festival, and an exclusive Oris timepiece.

World-Class Bourbon Celebration

Since its complete re-envisioning in 2020, the festival has become a world-class sampling and buying experience. According to KBF President and COO Randy Prasse, 85% of ticketed guests now travel from outside Kentucky, underlining the event’s global reach and economic impact.

Attendees can enjoy sampling from over 60 Kentucky distilleries, purchase exclusive single-barrel bottles, and attend programs with master distillers, chefs, and mixologists. Lockers will again be available for storing bottle purchases.

VIP Packages & Premium Experiences

VIP packages, which sold out in just 10 minutes in 2024, include perks like:

  • Early daily entry
  • Exclusive neat pours and cocktails in the VIP Lodge
  • Crystal Glencairn glassware
  • Bourbon locker
  • Bottle signings by master distillers
  • Ticket to Bourbon in the Air (Sept. 4 pre-festival event)

The new Oris President’s Club raises the bar further with year-round benefits, including seasonal bourbon receptions, penthouse access, private festival shuttles, and rare bottle opportunities.

Bourbon Lifestyle & Featured Distillery

Beyond bourbon, festival-goers can explore The Bourbon Marketplace, featuring luxury goods from brands such as Oris watches, Jacob Bromwell, Clayton & Crume, and Retro 51. This year’s featured distillery is Angel’s Envy, alongside major sponsors The Koetter Group, Joseph & Joseph Architects, KPFF Engineers, Kentucky Tourism, and Visit Bardstown.
