BourbonBlog.com‘s Tom Fischer attends the Dame Hall of Fame Luncheon honoring the industry’s women at Tales of the Cocktail 2013!

Watch Tom’s interview with Kitty Amann above, she is a Fernet Branca brand ambassador, freelance writer and founding member of the Boston chapters of Ladies United for the Preservation of Endangered Cocktails (LUPEC) .

Tales of the Cocktail and LUPEC  come together to honor the most influential female mixlogists at this event.

We join them at the Omni Royal Orleans to toast to the inductees into the Dame Hall of Fame.

This year’s honorees: Eryn Reece, bartender at Mayahuel and Death & Company; Bridget Albert, president of the U.S. Bartenders Guild National Charity Foundation; Meaghan Dorman, head bartender of The Raines Law Room; and “Mixtress” Gina Chersevani, partner at Hanks Oyster Bar and the Eddy on Capital Hill.

The Pioneer Award was presented to Julie Reiner, co-owner and beverage director of New York’s Flatiron Lounge and Clover Club.
