All we needed was another “National Day!”

So we’re adding spirits to the coffee with some of our favorite spirited coffee recipes below a.k.a. “Boozy Coffee” a.k.a. “Start the Day off Right?”

Enjoy these responsibly!

Old Forester Kentucky Caramel Coffee

1 oz Old Forester Bourbon Whiskey
4 oz hazelnut coffee
1 oz caramel syrup
Whipped cream

Add 1 oz caramel ice cream topping to bottom of coffee cup, add Old Forester and hazelnut coffee. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel syrup.

.5 oz. fig preserves
.5 tsp dark brown sugar
4.25 oz. CAMUS Coffee French Roast
2 oz. CAMUS XO Elegance

Directions:  Prepare hot; stir to melt/blend; can also be chilled and served over ice.

 

Walter’s Bad Ass Alexander

1.5 oz Famous Grouse Scotch
2 oz Coffee Ice Cream
Ground Black Pepper, to garnish

Instructions:

Combine scotch and ice cream in blender. Blend until incorporated. Pour into
snifter. Garnish with Black Pepper.

 

Drambuie 15 Flaming Scotch Mocha

In a footed coffee mug, add:

1 tbsp. Cocoa
6 oz. Hot Coffee

-Stir until cocoa is completely dissolved, add.

1-1/2 oz. DRAMBUIE® 15 Scotch Liqueur

With a culinary torch, flame:

-3 mini-marshmallows on a short wooden skewer
-Extinguish by submerging skewer in drink.

 

 

Top O’ the Mornin’ Iced Coffee

Irish Coffee Recipe St. Patrick's Day1 oz Frangelico
1 oz Irish crème liqueur
2 oz espresso
2 oz. milk or cream
chocolate flakes

Blend ingredients with ice. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate flakes
