BourbonBlog.com‘s Tom Fischer interviewed Mike Veach after Veach hosted the inaugural Kentucky Bourbon Tasting Experience at 21c Museum Hotel in Louisville. This splendid tasting kicked off Derby week and benefited the Filson Historical Society.
Veach poured six tastings from Louisville-based distilleries and also had a special chocolate truffles from Arteatables paired with Bourbon. Woodford Reserve Mint Juleps and Old Fashioneds were served along with hors d’oeuvres prepared by 21c Chef Levon Wallace. The Bourbons featured were from Michter’s, Brown-Forman, and Heaven Hill.
