Brown-Forman Corporation joins with Louisville’s renowned and vibrant foodie community to present the 31st annual Taste of Derby Festival benefiting Dare to Care Food Bank on April
17, 2018. This premier tasting event, featuring an eclectic lineup of over 40 of Louisville’s best eateries
and 20 beverage vendors, will be held at Louisville Slugger Field on April 17 at 5:30 pm.
Tickets to Taste of Derby Festival are only $85 and include all food and drink for the night purchase on TasteofDerbyFestival.org. Advance sales only and must be 21 years old or older.
The event features Louisville’s most exciting restaurants offering tasting portions of their finest
creations. Expected again this year are Lilly’s Bistro, Volare, Martini’s Italian Bistro, Bourbons Bistro,
Ciao, HopCat, Brasserie Provence and many more. Kentucky’s top bourbon distilleries and beverage
companies will be on hand to provide samples of their wares.

Event goers will also enjoy a new Spirits Pull and an expanded Wine Pull.
This fun-filled event provides more than just an enjoyable evening and kick off to the Kentucky Derby
Festival.
As Dare to Care’s largest fundraiser of the year, Taste of Derby Festival raises enough funds to
provide over a quarter million meals to struggling families in Kentuckiana.
Dare to Care Food Bank is an accredited charity of the Better Business Bureau and has been awarded a four-star
rating by Charity Navigator. With a mission to lead the community to feed the hungry and conquer the cycle of
need, Dare to Care partners with more than 250 local social service agencies, such as food pantries, shelters and
emergency kitchens to distribute food to the community.
In the past year, Dare to Care and its partners provided
