Spirit tastings are usually quite the banal affairs.‘s Stephen Dennison, in conjunction with and Majid’s Restaurant of St Matthews  have decided to up the ante for this style of experiencing brown spirits.

We invite our friends from Louisville and the surrounding area to attend as we have adapted a number of common wine and whisky evaluation techniques, throwing them in amongst some kitchen know-how, and this is what we’ve determined as:
