It takes place Saturday night, March 31 at The Event Gallery on 956 Parrett Street in Evansville, IN from 6 to 10 pm. Tickets are $50 and you may purchase them at the door.
We’re told doors may open early around 5 pm for the University of Kentucky vs. Louisville Cardinals Final Four NCAA game so you can watch it on a big screen TV.
Cigar Cigar! will supply 3 different premium cigars from the goodie bag that each attendee will receive at the event entrace.

The event date is Saturday, March 31, 2012, which coincidentally, is the day before a local smoking ban takes place that will ban any form of smoking in all restaurants, bars, and even private clubs (on April 1, 2012).
The event tells us that they plan on this becoming an annual event in years to come and they want you to be a part of it from the beginning.

Ending a battle that lasted more than a year, the City Council voted to end the last major loophole to a tough statewide ban on smoking in public buildings that had conspicuously exempted gambling halls.But patrons still will be able to light up in unstaffed smoking lounges away from the table games and slot machines if the 11 individual casinos choose to build them. The ban takes effect Oct. 15. Smoking would still be permitted in enclosed smoking lounges where there would be no gambling.
