As both University of Kentucky Wildcats and University of Louisville Cardinals battle for the chance to win the NCAA Championship at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, we bring you two bourbon cocktails crated by our staff mixologist/chef Stephen Dennison.

 

University of Louisville Cardinal Cocktail

Cherry Martini 1 part PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
1 part Angel’s Envy Bourbon from the Louisville Distilling Company

Instructions:

Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express lemon. Garnish with cherry.

Blueberry Martini 1 part Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette
3 parts Buffalo Trace Bourbon

Instructions:

Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express orange. Garnish with bluberry.
