University of Louisville Cardinal Cocktail
1 part PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
1 part Angel’s Envy Bourbon from the Louisville Distilling Company
Instructions:
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express lemon. Garnish with cherry.
University of Kentucky Wildcat Cocktail
1 part Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette
3 parts Buffalo Trace Bourbon
Instructions:
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express orange. Garnish with bluberry.
