Bourbon: Backbone Bourbon

Distillery: Lawrenceburg Distillers Indiana LLC, (LDI) according to label: “Bottled by Strong Soirits of Bardstown, Kentucky for Crossroad Vinters”

Proof: 57% , 114 Proof

Age: Less than 4 years

Color: Medium amber

Nose: Slight spice, warm and toasty bouquet.

Taste: Sweet heat meets corn, youthful vibrance gives way to pastry-like, strudel, and apple pie notes.

Finish: Refined and gentle “crispness.” Delicate sugars melt in your mouth and becomes creamy.
