Old Forester Birthday Bourbon 2013 Review
Bourbon: Old Forester Birthday Bourbon 2013
Color: Amber
Proof: 49% ABV , 98 Proof
Nose:: Warm brown sugar, with a spark of citrus and apple.
Add to that a diffusion of dried and somewhat complex spices.
Taste: Between a mellow smoke and a buttery spice. Some nuttiness along with juicy and fruity notes that surround the Bourbon.
Spices speak of Christmas notes including nutmeg, cinnamon and a slight touch of ginger.
Finish: Elegantly dry, well-rounded.

Brown Forman doesn’t seem to care about Old Forester brand as they don’t even make the Birthday edition available in New York State! We can’t even get regular Old Forester right now, they don’t have any supply of it!!!
