Buzzard’s Roost Toasted American Oak Bourbon: This whiskey is a blend of 4- and 5-year-old bourbons , finished in toasted American oak barrels, which imparts a distinctive profile of confectionary and baking spice flavors.
Buzzard’s Roost American Whiskey: This expression stands out for its nuanced flavor profile. After maturing in new charred American oak barrels, the whiskey undergoes secondary aging in lightly charred (#1) toasted barrels.
